Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and operator
By using ThatOne, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. ThatOne is operated by Temuchin Khak-Nazaruly, an individual based in the Republic of Kazakhstan. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years old to use ThatOne. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use ThatOne only with the permission of your parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law. We do not knowingly permit children under 14 to create accounts. Do not misrepresent your eligibility.
3. Public Beta and availability
ThatOne is currently in Public Beta. It may contain bugs, be interrupted, or change as we learn from use. Features may be added, changed or removed. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that the service will be free of errors. Keep your own copies of important work; ThatOne is not an emergency service.
4. Accounts
Provide accurate information where required, protect your login credentials, and use only accounts you are authorized to use. You are responsible for activity under your account, subject to applicable law. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Acceptable use and live interaction
ThatOne includes live video, audio, chat, social Focus Rooms and user profiles. Behave respectfully and follow our Community Guidelines. Do not use the service for illegal activity, abuse, harassment, fraud, spam, harmful conduct, privacy violations, misuse of camera or audio, or attempts to compromise the service or other users. Do not record or redistribute another person’s video, audio or content without their permission and any consent required by law.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us only the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, transmit, display and process that content to operate the service, including security and moderation. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share your content. This permission does not transfer ownership to us.
7. Safety and moderation
Use Block and Report when someone makes you uncomfortable, violates the rules or creates a safety concern. We may remove content, restrict access, suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or present safety or security risks. Contact us if you believe a moderation decision was mistaken. We cannot guarantee that every interaction or piece of content will be reviewed.
8. Intellectual property
ThatOne software, branding, design and service materials belong to the operator or their respective rights holders. These Terms permit normal use of the service; they do not transfer those rights to you. Respect other people’s intellectual property.
9. Warranties and responsibility
Use reasonable care when relying on a beta service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without promises beyond those expressly stated. Responsibility for loss is determined under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, warranties or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
10. Premium
Premium checkout is deferred during this launch and is not currently available for new purchases. Existing valid entitlements remain subject to their applicable terms. Subscription Terms are separate from these general service Terms and do not imply that checkout is currently available.
11. Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. We may update these Terms as the service develops or legal requirements change. We will communicate material changes reasonably, such as through the service or an account notice, and update the date on this page. If you do not accept updated Terms, stop using the service.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, subject to mandatory rights and protections that apply where you live. For support, safety concerns or questions about these Terms, contact contact@thatone.space.
