Community Guidelines

A safe place to focus

These rules apply to profiles, chat, live video, audio and all other interactions on ThatOne. ThatOne is for people aged 14 and older. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, parent or legal guardian permission is required where applicable law requires it. Accounts for children under 14 are not permitted.

Respect other people

• No harassment, bullying, targeted abuse, hate or discriminatory abuse.
• No threats, encouragement of violence or glorification of violence.
• No sexual or sexually suggestive content, sexual exploitation or unwanted sexual behavior.
• No grooming, sexual exploitation of minors, requests for sexual imagery from minors, or other sexual requests involving minors.

Protect privacy and use media responsibly

• Do not doxx people or publish private personal information without permission. Do not pressure others, especially young people, to share personal details.
• Do not inappropriately record or redistribute another person’s video, audio or content. Obtain permission and any consent required by law.
• Do not misuse camera or audio to intimidate, expose, sexualize or harm others. Be mindful of what is visible or audible in your surroundings.

Keep the service trustworthy

• No illegal activity, impersonation, fraud, scams or spam.
• Do not evade moderation, bans or access restrictions.
• Do not attempt to compromise ThatOne, steal accounts, distribute malware or interfere with other users’ safety or access.

Block, Report and get help

Use the existing Block and Report tools when someone makes you uncomfortable, behaves abusively, violates these rules or creates a safety concern. You can leave a Room at any time. Avoid sharing sensitive personal details with people you do not know. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services; ThatOne is not an emergency service.

For safety concerns or help, email contact@thatone.space. Do not send sexual imagery involving minors as a report attachment; describe the concern and identify the relevant interaction instead.

Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict access, suspend or ban accounts for violations or safety and security risks. Contact us if you believe a decision was mistaken. These rules supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
